Safety resources
If safety is uncertain, do not handle it alone.
A quiz cannot evaluate immediate danger. If you are being threatened, controlled, followed, physically hurt, sexually pressured, isolated, or afraid of retaliation, consider using a safer device and reaching out to a trusted person or local support service.
In the United States, you can contact emergency services at 911. You can also look up the National Domestic Violence Hotline at thehotline.org or call 1-800-799-7233. If you are outside the United States, search for your country's emergency number and a local domestic violence, coercive control, or crisis support organization. If searching is unsafe, use a trusted person's device or a public device where your history will not be visible to someone who may monitor you.
If privacy is a concern, clear your browser history and avoid saving results on a shared device.
